The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 25.05.2014 wherein he made a complaint as if some third party has caused disturbance in running the Cable TV.

Even though the third party has not been made as a party in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of only with the direction to the second respondent to consider the said representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner as well as the party against whom such complaint was made. The said order shall be passed by the second respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.

4. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. NO costs.
