The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Tahsildar to issue separate patta. The petitioner based on a settlement deed executed by his father on 12.03.2025, has given a representation on 20.03.2025, to issue separate patta, carving out the petitioner's separate property from the joint patta, which is already existing.
2.Therefore, it would suffice to direct the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law and also after affording an opportunity to the petitioner, by way of personal hearing, to put forth his contentions and entitlement to separate patta. The said exercise shall be carried 2/5
