Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent and the second respondents herein to conduct and complete the enquiry in pursuant to circular No.67 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2015 within the stipulated period fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition directing the first respondent and the second respondents to conduct and complete the enquiry in pursuant to circular No.67 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2015 within the stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.TR.Janardhanam, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the official respondents, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. The learned Government Advocates appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.05.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the fourth respondent, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
