2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that construction has been made in an alternative place and that the petition mentioned site has been spared.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
