H.C.P.(MD) No.673 of 2020 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the Petitioner and the detenue appeared through Video-Conferencing from the Public Prosecutor's Office and informed that the marriage between them was performed on 28.8.2020 and the detenu had gone to her parents house and living with them for the past one week. The detenue further stated that she has joined with the Petitioner. 3.In the light of the above statement made by the detenue, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
