(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 500 days in representing the above writ appeal.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that now the petitioner has taken a demand draft in No.76796 from Indian Overseas Bank, Tuticorin in favour of the 1st respondent/writ petitioner towards 50% of the compensation amount ordered by the Writ Court. He has also produced the said D.D before this Court.

3. Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned.
