O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to further investigate into the case in Crime No.742 of 2015 on the file of the respondent and to file a charge sheet in accordance with law within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.742 of 2015 under Sections 448, 452, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC, but sofar, charge sheet has not been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation is under progress and two months time may be granted for filing final report.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
