Considering the limited scope of the writ petition, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has made an application in the official online portal of the Revenue Department on 04.04.2025 for subdivision and separate patta to be issued in the name of the petitioner. In and by way of this writ petition, the petitioner is only aggrieved by the delay and inaction and seeks for expeditious disposal of his application, dated 04.04.2025.

4. In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the applications of the petitioner, dated 04.04.2025 and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
