[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The prayer in the Habeas Corpus Petition is to direct the first respondent to produce the person or body of the detenue namely, Viveki, daughter of Muthusamy, aged 19 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the Petitioner Kavitha and her daughter, the detenue namely, Viveki appeared before this Court through Video-Conferencing.The detenue would state that she is going with her mother, the Petitioner herein. In-turn, the Petitioner is also willing to take the detenue with her.

H.C.P.(MD) No.681 of 2020 3.In the light of the above statements, no further enquiry is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.
