RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition 10(b) to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Bazaar Police Station, Ramanathapuram instead of signing before the respondent police in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7680 of 2021 dated 18/06/2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.RADHAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7680 of 2021 dated 18.06.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 18.06.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 7680 of 2021 with a condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner is working as a reporter and he is only sole bread winner of the family. Further he is a reporter of Namathu Murasu Newspaper in Ramanathapuram and residing at Ramanathapuram, hence is unable to comply with the conditions. Therefore he seeks modification of the said condition.

Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner directing to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Bazaar Police Station, Ramanathapuram daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions imposed in the earlier order shall remain intact. 4.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
