: Respondents This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to issue a direction, directing the respondents to produce the body of the detenu by name V.Balakrishnan, S/o.Velraj, aged about 20 years before this Court and set him at liberty. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ The second respondent produced the detenu before us. We examined the detenu.

2.According to the detenu, he left the house of the petitioner on account of the fear in publishing the result and the resultant difficulties. Now, the detenu is prepared to go with the parents.

3.The petitioner is not in illegal custody. He is set at liberty.

4.The habeas corpus petition is closed with the above observation.
