ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the investigation in connection with Crime No. 159 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent, to some other competent investigation officer, other than the second respondent on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 25.04.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint to the second respondent on 17.07.2014 with respect to impersonation of the petitioner's father's signature and executed a power of attorney vide Document No.1739/2013 dated 09.05.2013, by the accused persons. In this regard a FIR in Crime No. 159 of 2014 was registered. Even after 11 years, since there is no progress, this Criminal Original Petition is filed.

3. Learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that investigation was completed on 12.12.2023 and a final report was filed through e-filing, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, and the same was returned with some remarks.

4. In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to resubmit the final report within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receiving the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, is directed to take the same on file immediately.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
