O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that on account of certain misunderstanding, he went to Coimbatore and has been working there. The detenu further informed us that he would go and live with the petitioner.

2. We have examined the petitioner also.

3. The detenu is a major. He is set at liberty.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
