This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation to the third respondent or any other competent investigating agency for proper investigation. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.784 of 2021 has been registered on10.07.2021, against Ravi, Ajith and Chitra, for the offences punishable under Sections 323 & 324 IPC and the investigation is pending.
