10080 of 2023): Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to main number the application preferred by the petitioner provisionally numbered as e-DRT Diary Number 410 of 2023, filed to set aside the sale certificate dated 18.04.2022 and the consequent registration made by the second respondent bank in favour of the third respondent in respect of the property in Old S.No.6/6 and New S.No.6/6B, Mappillaiyoorani Village, Thoothukudi District, measuring to an extent of 54 Cents and decide the same on merits within a time stipulated by this Court.
