*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] When the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for consideration, the second respondent produced the detenu before this Court. We have examined the detenu. According to him, he left the house in search of job. However, he could not contact the petitioner on account of certain difficulties. The detenu now wanted to go with the petitioner.
2. In view of the production of the detenu, nothing survives for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. The detenu is set free. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
