[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that it is a case of elopement. The detenu has eloped with one lady, by name, Meena, along with her two children.

3. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention involved and this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petition is accordingly, closed. However, this order will not stand
