Respondent / Contemnor PRAYER : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to take cognizance of this complaint and issue process to the contemnor and as such try her under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971 in view of her deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5290 of 2023 dated 10.04.2023.

ORDER

When the matter was called, it was submitted by the learned Government Advocate that the respondent has not turned up and no application for extension of time is filed. On that account bailable warrant was ordered to be issued to the respondent. But in the Afternoon Session, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that investigation has been completed and RCS notice was prepared. The respondent is present in person and copy of the final report is also submitted. He submitted that notice was also sent to the petitioner and served on 25.07.2024.

2. Let the petitioner work out remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved over the contention of the final report. The bailable warrant issued to the respondent is recalled.

3. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. 26.07.2024 NCC :
