ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are in custody since 17.06.2018 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 307 of I.P.C. in Crime No.36 of 2018, on the file of the respondent Police and seek bail. The petitioners are shown as accused nos.1 and 3. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The injured has been discharged from the hospital. This Court had granted anticipatory bail to the co-accused. Hence, bail is granted to the petitioners also. The first petitioner is having two previous cases to his credit. The second petitioner is having only one previous case.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners undertake that he shall not apply for relaxation or modification on this condition. Recording their undertaking, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions;

(i) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram District. (ii)the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m. for a period of 30 days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. (iii)on breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioners in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioners released on bail by the Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005) AIR SCW 5560].
