ORDER
****** (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) It is seen that the petitioner's son went missing, pursuant to which, a case in Crime No.1396 of 2012 was registered on 11.12.2012 for 'man missing'. While so, the petitioner is before this Court for a Writ of Habeas Corpus. The second respondent police have filed a status report stating the steps that have been taken for locating the petitioner's son. On a reading of the status report, it is seen that the State Authorities have circulated the details of the detenu to State Crime Record Bureau and they have also published the identity and other details of the detenu in the website.
2. In view of the steps that have been taken by the second respondent police for tracing the petitioner's son, we are of the view that it will be in the interest of justice, if the second respondent police is directed to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.1396 of 2012 and keep the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
informed of developments, if any.
3. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above direction.
