The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case in Crime No.37 of 2018 under Section 147, 148, 302 IPC has been registered and that the detenu has been arrested on 20.07.2018. 2.Recording the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition. This Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
