O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to unseal and unlock the his office cum loading point, M/s.Amar Lorry Service, having address at 3/666, D3, Sivakasi to Paraipatti Road, Near Rose Agencies, Sivakasi Virudhunagar District by considering his GST Registration Certificate No.33ATBPG6822G1Z.

2. It is learnt that a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.218 of 2024 of Sivakasi East Police Station under Section 9(B)(1)(b) of the Indian Explosives Act, 1884.

3. Mr.R.M.S.Sethuraman, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the second respondent submitted that the properties seized during the investigation have been given to the interim custody of the second respondent Police and they have kept those properties in the petitioner's premises.

4. In view of the above submission, the petitioner has to workout his remedy by way of filing a petition for return of property or by seeking any further relief before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
