ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the land and building of 3 cents comprised in Survey No.47, in 1/3
Old No.4/182, New No.4/194, Kottaikaranpatti, Kanavaipatti Panchayat, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District.
2. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 19.08.2020 to the first respondent for seeking aforesaid relief. So far no action has been taken. Hence the petitioner filed this present writ petition.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2020 would be considered on merits and in accordance with law. 5.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- (i) The third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the rival parties, if any. If there is any objection from the rival parties, the third respondent shall conduct enquiry and communicate the decision to the parties concerned.
(ii) The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
