O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. According to the detenu, she was kidnapped by the third respondent and she was kept in illegal confinement. The police secured her and produced her before us.

2. The detenu has given a statement. The statement of the detenu was recorded, by Mr.G.Bensam, Inspector of Police, Nesamani Nagar Police Station, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, the second respondent herein. The police agreed to take appropriate action against the third respondent, in view of the complaint preferred by the detenu.

3. The detenu is a major. She is set at liberty. 4.The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
