Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose the Securitisation Application in SA.No.141/2017 as expeditiously within a time framed fixed by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 26.04.2023, and the requisition letter submitted by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai vide the letter dated 20.06.2023, this Court made the following order: " Vide letter No. SA 141/2017-DRT-MDU, dated 20.06.2023, the Registrar (I/C), DRT, Madurai is seeking extension of time for three months to dispose of the sarfaesi application, citing huge workload and additional charge of the presiding officer, DRI, Coimbatore.

Considering the reasons stated in the aforesaid letter, three months time is granted from the date of receipt of copy of this order to the presiding Officer, DRI, Madurai, to dispose of SA.No.141/17."
