O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. According to the detenu, she was taken by the third respondent and kept at Thiruppur. The police secured her and after calling her mother, produced her in Court.

2. We have also examined the petitioner. The detenu is prepared to go with the petitioner, who is none other than her biological mother.

3. The detenu is handed over to the petitioner, as she is a minor.
