[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The third respondent produced the detenu before us.
2. The detenu informed us that she left the house, as her father verbally assaulted her for securing less marks. According to the detenu, she has been staying with her friend. The detenu further informed that she is prepared to go with the petitioner, who is also present in Court.

3. The detenu is a minor. She is permitted to go with the petitioner, who is none other than her father.
4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
