: Respondents This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to issue a direction, directing the respondents to take necessary steps to secure and produce the body or person of the detenu Manikandan, son of S.Sakthivel, aged about 16 years before this Court and handover to the petitioner. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The second respondent produced the detenu before us. We examined the detenu.

2.According to the detenu, he left the place of the petitioner to Palani after selling the bicycle. Now, he is prepared to go with the petitioner. The petitioner identified his son.

3.The petitioner is not in illegal custody. He is set at liberty free.

4.The habeas corpus petition is closed with the above observation.
