This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to not to harass the Petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2025.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the private respondent, the petitioner has been called for enquiry and the main complaint itself was closed after enquiry. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner.

3.Since the main petition itself was closed after enquiry, recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is closed.
