ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to trace out and produce the detenu namely Shanthi, wife of Hari, aged 24 years and Manoranjan, son of Hari, aged 4 years.

2. The petitioner is not present, whereas his counsel is present.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Srirangam Police Station has produced the detenu along with the husband of the first detenu.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
