The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to give permission for conducting "Adal Paadal Programme" on 25.04.2023 connection with "Kovil Thiruvizha" celebration of Mullankurichi Arulmiku Sri.Muthumariamman Kovil festival situated at Mangankollaipatti Village, Karambakkudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, based upon the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2023. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that on 08.04.2023, a murder took place in such a type of event in Keeranur Sub Division. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the respondents to reject the petitioner's representation without any reference to this Court. 3.With the above directions, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
