The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the respondent to clean the water channel namely "Kullakkal Kalvai" situated at Selliamman Nagar, Anna Salai Main Road at Devakottai Town, Sivagangai District and consequently, directing the respondent to remove the block and connect the "Kulakhal Kalvai" water channel to the Vallichetty Vinayagar Oorani, situated at Devakkottai Town, Sivagangai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2018.

2. With reference to the complaint raised by the petitioner, he is at liberty to approach Commissioner.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
