Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned detention order passed by the 2nd respondent in C.O.C.No.09/2016, dated 19.03.2016 in detaining the detenue under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as a Goonda and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the Detenue namely Vinothkumar S/o.Murugesan, male, aged about 26 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) When the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.2150, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 18.05.2016, revoking the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

detention by the Advisory Board.

2.In view of the order dated 18.05.2016, nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition.
