O R D E R

Heard the learned Senior counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. I am satisfied that the petitioner herein had earlier filed W.P. (MD)No.30139 of 2023 for taking action. The said writ petition was disposed of by me on 18.12.2023. The grievance of the petitioner is that the action taken by the Government is not in accordance with the order passed by this Court.

3. The learned Additional Advocate General states that by referring to the Ombudsman, the Government had complied with the order passed by this Court. He also brought my notice to the order dated 18.03.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.6508 of 2024 filed by the Chairman of Town Panchayat. On the last occasion, I wanted the learned Additional Advocate General to produce a copy of the report submitted by the Director of Town Panchayats. A copy of the report bearing Na.Ka. No.14606/2023/C6 dated 25.06.2024 was furnished. 2/4

3. I went through the contents of the same. Even while closing this contempt petition, I grant liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action.
