This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Sub Court, Karur to dispose O.S.No.171 of 2019 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner is an octogenarian who has filed O.S.No.171 of 2019 before the Sub Court, Karur for declaration relief.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 86 years and considering a limited prayer sought for by the petitioner to direct the Sub Court, Karur to dispose O.S.No.171 of 2019 within the time to be fixed by this Court, I am inclined to dispose this Civil Revision Petition at the time of admission after dispensing with the Page No. 2 of 4

notice on the respondents by directing the Sub Court, Karur to dispose O.S.No.171 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
