Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records connected with the detention order of the respondent No.2 in C.O.C.No.29/2016, dated 27.03.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu by name Babu S/o. Anbazhagan, aged 25 years, now detained at Trichy Central Prison, before this Court and set him at liberty. (Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) When the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.2148, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 18.05.2016, revoking the detention by the Advisory Board.
