The petitioners with an allegation that the third respondent police is harassing them under the guise of an enquiry have approached this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that they are not harassing the petitioners, however, based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, an enquiry has been conducted in CSR.No.232 of 2024 and it was closed on 25.04.2024.
