The above petition is filed to order substituted service of notice to the second respondent by way of publishing the notice in any one of the local daily Tamil Newspaper in C.M.A.(MD)No.630 of 2021.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent. Records perused.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the second respondent, by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Chennai Edition, indicating the next date of hearing as 02.04.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 23.03.2026.

5. Post the matter on 02.04.2026.
