Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce body of the petitioner's two minor sons namely Manohar Saisree, S/o.Murugesan, 12 years old and Sanjai, S/o.Murugesan, 11 years old before this Court and hand over to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu namely Manohar Saisree, aged 12 years and Sanjai, aged 11 years, sons of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
