2. The learned counsel for the 7th respondent is present before this Court and would submit that the seventh respondent died on 12.04.2020, but the Writ Petition has been filed in 2019.

3. Since the 7th respondent is dead, the matter has become infructuous. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 02.03.2023 NCC :
