(M)Confdl No.08/2016, dated 22.03.2016, on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely Ponraj S/o.Mookandi Nadar, aged about 35 years, now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) When the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.2300, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department, dated 19.05.2016, revoking the detention by the Advisory Board.

2.In view of the order dated 19.05.2016, nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition.
