This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for willfully disobeying the interim order passed in W.M.P(MD)No.1930 of 2021 in W.P(MD)No.2316 of 2021 dated 10.02.2021. 2.On account of efflux of time, there is no point in keeping the contempt petition pending. The petitioner is at liberty to pursue all the grounds in the main Writ Petition to be heard. 3.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to raise all the grounds in the writ petition. No costs. The Writ Petition in W.P.(MD) No.2316 of 2021 is directed to be listed after two weeks.
