This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 from preventing the petitioner in the construction and completion of Gopurams for Arulmigu Vedhalamman, Karuppasamy and Siddhi Vinayagar Idols of Arulmigu Veyilukkuganda Amman Temple, Thirupparankundram, Madurai.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4
