ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking for a direction against the first respondent to transfer the petitioner's complaint in CSR receipt No.391 of 2022, dated 01.12.2022 on the file of third respondent to any other competent officer.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that against the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in CSR No.391 of 2023. During the enquiry, the second respondent advised both parties to work out their remedies before the appropriate Civil Court, since it is a money dispute between the parties. Both the parties also agreed for the same, based on which, enquiry was closed.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication. Let a closure report be served to the petitioner. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
