ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us.

2. In view of the subsequent events, we re-call the order, dated 18.07.2016 directing the Commissioner of Police, Madurai City to appear before us on 21.07.2016.

3. The detenu married a person, by name, Mari Laxmanan, who is stated to be an accused in a murder case. She is now living with him.

4. We examined the detenu and her parents. The detenu informed us that she is not willing to go with her parents. She wanted to go with her husband.

5. The parents of the detenu informed us that they would not have any relationship with the detenu and her husband henceforth and they should not cause any trouble to them. We can only sympathise with the petitioner.

6. The detenu is a major. She is set at liberty.

7. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
