O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2025 and to take action in accordance with law.

2. According to the petitioner, he sent a representation dated 01.03.2025 as against the District Superintendent of Police, Orathanadu and the 2nd respondent, but the same has not been considered. Therefore, he has filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent has registered a case. Due to delay in registering the case, the petitioner sent a representation as against the DSP, Orathanadu and the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent and the same is under consideration. Therefore, they will conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the 3rd respondents inclined to pass orders Page No. 2 of 4

in this petition.

5. According to the petitioner, he sent a representation dated 01.03.2025 to the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent has also admitted the receipt of the representation and the same is also under consideration. Therefore, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.03.2025 and act in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to both the parties within a period of one month from the date of this order.

6. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
