Writ Petition (MD).No.10388 of 2019 Mohideen, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.

2.The petitioner filed this writ petition to quash the impugned order of the third respondent dated Nil under Sectoin 56(2A) of Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the appeal filed by the petitioner has already been disposed of by the Government and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
