The impugned orders of the 1st respondent dated 24.01.2020 in R.C.Nos.14519/2019 D2, 14515/2019 D2, 14514/2019 D2, 14520/2019 D2, 14513/2019 D2, 14517/2019 D2, 14516/2019 D2 and 14518/2019 D2 are hereby quashed and the case is remitted back to the 1st respondent for fresh consideration. The 1st respondent is directed to number the appeals filed by the petitioners herein and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. " 2.Accordingly, all the writ petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
