Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to bring the Petitioner's service under time scale of pay for the period from 12.05.1974 to 14.03.1988 and provide all service and monetary benefits for that period and consequently direct the Respondents No. 1 to 3 to forward the same to the Respondent No.4 for calculation of pension by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2019 and 24.12.2019 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
