Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the first respondent.

Mr.A.U.Ramanathan, learned counsel takes notice for respondents 2 to 5.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The prayer in the writ petition is to forbear M/s.Suzlon Engineering Company from erecting wind mill in the said property.

4. Since the petitioner has not impleaded M/s.Suzlon Engineering Company as a party respondent, the writ petition may not be maintainable.

5. Hence the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition by impleading the proper and necessary parties. No costs.
